Artwork, Prints & Cards

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order and return most items within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. To be eligible:

● The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging

● Contact me at maryohstudio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return

● Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged

Once your return is received and inspected, I'll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Custom Commissions

Because commissioned pieces are made to your specifications, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law and are non-refundable once work has begun. A deposit is required before starting any commission — see the Commissions page for full terms.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact me within 7 days with photos of the item and its packaging. I'll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund including original shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Non-EU Customers (UK, US, etc.)

Statutory return rights vary by country. UK customers have similar rights under UK consumer law. For US and other international orders, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
